We may receive and store any information you submit to the Application (or otherwise authorize us to obtain – such as, from (for example) your Facebook account). We receive and store certain types of usage related information whenever you interact with Application. For example, developer may automatically receive and record information regarding your computer’s IP address, browser information, Facebook user ID, Facebook Page fan status, and URLs accessed. Such information may be shared in aggregate (non-personally identifiable) form with our partners.

Account and User Preferences
We are remembering your account and user preferences to keep track an information you provided, your game progress. The User Preferences also needed to keep your personal customized content and your past choices you've made while using the Services.

The Services use the data from and interacts with the Social Networks (i.e. Facebook) you are signed to. For example, Service may perform login with your Social Network account, share the content and use other issues of the Social Network. All the Social Networks usage is done strictly according to the appropriate Privacy Policy document of the social network.

The data related to the functionality of the Services, their stability, performance, any bugs and crashes happened are gathered and sent to the internal Analytics services. Google Analytics is also used to help how the Services are used by the visitors. Developer uses the information described in this Privacy Statement (i) internally, to analyze, develop and improve its products and services, and (ii) as set forth below in the “Will Developer Share any of the personal information it Collects” section below.
To use the information you provided we rely on the set of legal bases, which are included where the following:

necessary of providing the services to you;
necessary to perform the obligations described in our Terms of Service;
necessary to comply with legal obligations or restrictions, such as court order;
necessary of the purpose of legitimate interests of our Company or third party's interests, like vendors or other visitors;

In case there is a Third Party responsible for storing or processing your Personal Information, all f the requests above will be forwarded to the Third Party.

How to access, update or transfer your information?
In case you want to view, change or transfer the Personal Information we store - please send us a message to contact@vegasslotsclub.com. The timeframe for responding to your request is 10 (ten) days. Depending on the details of your request, we may ask for your identity confirmation. To confirm your identity, two of the following documents should be provided: passport, driving license, birth certificate or utility bill which contains name and address.

Social Networks
Some information about you which is used by our Services is provided by social network sites, like Facebook. You can update your information and privacy settings by following the appropriate instructions on these sites.

You can opt out the Google Analytics Advertising Features by using Google Ads Settings or using Google Analytics opt-out plugin for the web.

Opt-Outs
You may opt-out of receiving the marketing e-mails by sending us an e-mail to the contact@vegasslotsclub.com. Another option is to follow unsubscribe link which is available in any of the marketing e-mail you receive. We'll process your request within ten (10) days from the day we receive it. Please note that we might send your other e-mails or other communications related to the Service (for non-marketing purposes) even if you opt-out the marketing mails options.

HOW TO STOP USAGE OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

If you want us to stop using your Personal Information, please send us an appropriate e-mail request to contact@vegasslotsclub.com. This request will be processed within 10 (ten) days. Please note that some of the information and content might still remain undeleted even after your request. This includes but not limited to your posts were made on the public forums, information related to the legal or accounting purposes, or backup data.

APPLICATION PARTNER TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Developer may provide personal information to the applicable Application Partner. The Application Partner’s use of your personal information is subject to the Application Partner’s separate privacy policy – and not this Privacy Statement. The Application Partner’s privacy policy is linked to from within the Partner’s Facebook application.

WILL DEVELOPER SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

Personal information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone (with the exception of sharing your information with an applicable Application Partner – see the “Application Partner Treatment” section above). We may share your personal information only as described below.

Application Partners: We will share your personal information with an applicable Application Partner (see the “Application Partner Treatment” section above).

Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, Developer’s agents do not have any right to use personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of personal information for the above purposes. Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS/WEBSITES

The Application may permit you to link to other applications or websites. Such third party applications/websites are not under Developer’s control, and such links do not constitute an endorsement by Developer of those other applications/websites or the services offered through them. The privacy and security practices of such third party application/websites linked to the Application are not covered by this Privacy Statement, and Developer is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

INFORMATION TRANSFER OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Our services are operated worldwide - in United States, European Union and other countries outside of EU. The storages for the information for our players are located in the United States and might be located in other countries outside of EU. By using the Services you explicitly agree that the information we collect, process or manage might be transferred to the United States and/or other countries where laws related to privacy might not be identical to ones in the country you are citizen of or reside. Personal Information described in this Policy might be transferred to the countries outside of EU and also might be processed with the employees outside of the European Union. In particular, non-EU staff might be responsible for the transactions and payment processing, customers support and so on. While Personal Information is transferred, all reasonable steps are taken by the Company to ensure that all the appropriate data protection is maintained when data leaves the region, whether it is transferred to controllers, processors or to third parties according to the laws. CAN CHILDREN USE THE APPLICATION?

Our site and the services available through Developer are not intended for children under the age of 21. Developer does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that children of any age should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personal information. We encourage you to participate in your child’s web experience.
